Baja SAE is a four-day collegiate competition in which emerging automotive talents from Universities across the globe gather to present, test, and race miniature Baja cars of their own design.

We headed to Washougal to meet the engineering mentors that help guide these young minds, and captured the muddy, heart-pounding excitement of the big race. Our goal was to provide the most compelling portrait of the event, incorporating a variety of vantage points; helmet mounted cameras provided a first-person perspective, while drone photography conveys a sense of scale as the racers traverse the race path.
